Shipping Policy


Please note that your order processing times may be separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number to track your order online, please allow 5 to 7 days for the tracking information from the date of placing your order on our website including order processing and the domestic delivery of your package from our warehouse to ARAMEX Shanghai sorting facility.

Some delays in Shipping orders may happen due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from China by Aramex to any of the below countries:

Egypt, Angola, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Congo, Cyprus, Czechia, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritius, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan & Zambia.

Important: We can ship to any other destination than the above mentioned regions, all you need to do is to contact us first via WhatsApp, Facebook or e-mail and we will assist you in processing your order. 

Shipping and customs charges for your order will be paid by cash on delivery upon the arrival of your shipment to your doorsteps or could be paid online through your Aramex account which we will give you it’s credentials after making a successful order on our website. Moreover, an amount of 6 USD will be added to your order during checkout which is the cost of internal delivery within China from our warehouse to Aramex warehouse in Shaghai, for any clarifications regarding your Shipment Customs and taxes, please call your local Aramex customer service.

Shipping Charges are calculated as per the actual weight of your final shipment and never by dimensional weight, you can calculate your shipping charges as per your package estimated actual weight from HERE .

Important note: As per Aramex regulations in the total shipment limits in actual weight and dimensions, Packages to be shipped internationally should not exceed 36 kg in weight and 2 meters of one side of the package. In case your ordered many items from our website and your package exceeded these limits, we will manage sending your order to Aramex in more than one separate package and you may receive several shipments in separate times and shipping orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elite Parts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer & they will be paid to Aramex representatives upon arrival of your order to your doorsteps or could be paid online through your Aramex “Shop & Ship” account.

Please consider that sometimes the shipment charges should be paid online through your Aramex account in order to proceed in the shipment delivery to your shipping address as per Aramex regulations, you will be notified by e-mail from Aramex in this case and shipment won’t be delivered except after processing the payment for the shipment charges prior to delivery to your doorstep.

If you want to clear your shipment from customs by yourself or want to inquire about any other information about your shipment, please contact your local Aramex customer service.

Important note: We appreciate your understanding that importing Auto-Parts in particular may require your personal identification document for the purpose of finalizing the logistics of customs clearance upon the arrival of your shipment to your country and that we may ask you for your personal ID after you make your order on our website for that purpose. Please consider that in some countries, your car license also may be required for the customs authorities to make sure that the ordered package is for personal use and not for any commercial purposes from their side.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Please note that the online tracking information of your shipment starts only when your package is received successfully at ARAMEX Shanghai facility in China while no online tracking information is provided for the package preparation or domestic delivery of your package within China from our warehouse to Aramex Shanghai sorting facility. Accordingly, the online tracking information for your package may be provided in about 5-7 days after placing your order on our website.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, you can track your order using the tracking number from the below link:

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@eliteparts.org with your name and order number Or through Whatsapp or Facebook page, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please refer back to our Refund Policy and consider the below regarding shipping return.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount directly to your used Bank card during checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@eliteparts.org OR texting us via our facebook page Or Whatsapp with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
