We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Complete or partial refunds of your payment could be done within 3 days from the date of payment on the website excluding a value of 3.29% from the original payment for the online transaction fees, after the period of 3 days we will not be able to initiate a complete refund for you except after you receive your order to your home address and your order is meeting the refund eligibility criteria as per the below policy. 

Note: Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be reflected to your Bank account or Bank Card used at checkout on our website.

Refund and Replacement policy are only applied on Original OEM parts and First Copy parts but, used parts don’t fall under the refund or replacement requests and are purchased from our website under your full responsibility and risk probabilities. Making a complete successful purchase for a used part upon your request if any is considered as a consent from you on this clause of our refund and replacement policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not installed in your vehicle or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. we will also need the order number as a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will inform you to send your package to the above mentioned address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable cases
In certain cases items cannot be returned, In case you made an order of a wrong item or you chose a wrong category or direction, then this item will not be eligible for refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific case and we will tell you exactly what to do next.

After you make a complete successful purchase for your order and then when you call Aramex local customer service to inquire about your shipping fees, you have the full responsibility at that time for your order shipping payment as per Aramex regulations and policies and you can't request a refund at this phase but, you have to complete your shipping payment until you receive your order.

Refund could not be granted if you refused to receive your order package when it is handed over to you at your shipping address from the shipping company in case the order is delivered to you not damaged or having any concerns that deserves your refund or you don’t provide a convenient reason for not accepting the package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will manage to send to you the correct item. However, the correct item will be shipped again to you internationally from China.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
